This collaboration with ArcML for Vastint (Ikea) is a plan for a major regeneration of the area south of the river Aire in central Leeds, the Tetley Brewery Site. The masterplan conceived this extension of the city centre as an elongation and expansion of the historic market street, Briggate.

As the street passes through the proposed development it will broaden out to form a new two hectare public park, heavily planted with trees. These trees will then form an extended matrix of planting, binding the public and private elements of the development into a continuous woodland landscape. The 6.6 hectare development is to deliver 850 homes, 85 000 square metres of employment space, and a hotel, all centred around the new park.
