We collaborated with CAAU architects on this scheme for an extension to the Palais des Congres in Le Touquet, a new theatre and arts centre. The idea was to make an extension of Le Touquet’s natural duneland landscape planted with pines and marram grass so as to wash over the less elegant parts of the complex – ticket offce, loading bay, and so on – while the fine auditorium hovered, chrystaline, over the new dune
